Who we are
MeetingPlz is a free meeting reminder made by Dai Truong, an independent developer. Contact: daitq3010@gmail.com.
What we access
When you sign in with Google you give MeetingPlz read-only access to your Google Calendar (the calendar.readonly scope), plus your name, email address and profile picture. We cannot create, change or delete anything in your calendar.
What we store
Only two things from Google: your Google refresh token, stored encrypted, and the meeting times and titles for the next 24 hours, used to send you reminders. We also keep your account email, your reminder settings, and your notification subscriptions. Nothing else.
Why
Only to show you a reminder shortly before a meeting starts, on your devices.
Sharing
Your data is never sold, never shared for advertising, and never used for anything other than showing you meeting reminders. There is no analytics and no tracking.
Deleting your data
The Delete account button in the web app deletes everything we store about you right away and revokes MeetingPlz access to your Google account. You can also revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Google API Services User Data Policy
MeetingPlz's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Children
MeetingPlz is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
